Level II Calligraphy Workshop - Envelopes

You asked for an advanced follow-up to our beginner calligraphy workshop, and we heard you!

Katie from Eden & Ev is back with a new class focused on addressing envelopes with modern calligraphy. You’ll learn how to plan your layout, properly line everything up, and create beautifully addressed envelopes with confidence.

If you attended one of our previous beginner workshops, this is the perfect next step to build on what you’ve already learned. And if you’re newer to calligraphy, you’re still welcome to join. Katie will walk through everything in detail so you can follow along.

Here’s what you can expect:

• A review of letter formation and modern calligraphy basics

• Practice with common words and abbreviations used on envelopes, like Mr., Dr., Street, Lane, Drive, Circle, and common first names

• A guided demonstration of how to plan and line up an envelope using a laser level and cutting mat

• Hands-on practice addressing envelopes alongside Katie

• Time to independently address 2–4 envelopes using the skills you’ve learned

No need to bring anything. We’ll provide laser levels, 10 envelopes, a Tombow pen, and guideline sheets for you to use during the workshop.
