Three approximately 14 × 14 rooms that can be used for gathering, activities, seating or setup.

Furniture is already available in the space, with flexibility to rearrange the setup for your gathering.

Easy parking on the property and nearby for you and your guests.

Sink and small refrigerator for drinks, food setup and event needs.

Bring your own food + beverages
Bring food from home, order from your favorite Greenville spot or use the caterer of your choice.

  • Yes. The Clubhouse allows guests to bring their own beverages. Please make sure your gathering follows all applicable rules and laws.

  • Yes. You’re welcome to personalize the space for your gathering. Please choose decorations that can be removed without damaging the walls, furniture or property. No nails in the wall!

  • Your reserved rental time should include the time you need for setup, your gathering and cleanup. Please choose enough time when booking.

  • Absolutely. If you would like to see the Clubhouse before reserving your event, contact us to arrange a quick tour.

  • Yes. The Clubhouse is furnished and includes tables and seating that can be used during your rental.

  • Yes. Free parking is available on the property and nearby.

  • The Clubhouse has an ADA ramp and accessible bathroom.

  • No problem. Contact us with your date and approximate timing and we can discuss a longer rental.
