Every Tuesday at 7 pm, the Village Clubhouse will host grounding, calming candlelight Yoga. This is a slow, intentional practice to anchor you in the moment. The candlelight, blankets and weighted eye pillows are there to support calming your nervous system. Mats are provided. There are four spots open each week, we’ll practice in a 14 × 14 room and I want to make sure you have enough space. The class is donation based, so you pay want you want.
